Rev. Dwayne Raines
Senior Pastor
Rev. Dwayne Raines is originally from Inez, KY and has been happily married to his wife Tara since 2012. The Lord blessed Dwayne and Tara, with one daughter, Aubrey. Dwayne is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and spent 10 years in youth ministry in Southern Ohio. In June 2023 Dwayne began the ministry God has called him to here at Allen Baptist Church. He has a love for God’s Word and the people here in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. He is passionate about sharing the good news of God’s grace and love while helping individuals grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. He enjoys spending time with his family, homesteading, and of course watching Kentucky Basketball.
Sheila Salyer is from Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She is happily married to Ronald Salyer. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is a graduate of Morehead State University. She has been a member of Allen Baptist since 1997 and is blessed to be able to serve the church in many different ways.

Keith Akers
Worship Leader
Keith Akers is from Allen, KY and has been married to the love of his life, Conni, since 1991. He and Conni have one daughter, Sarah. Keith is a graduate of Morehead State University. He and Conni have been members of Allen Baptist for over twenty years. Keith loves to sing for the Lord and has had the opportunity to sing throughout Eastern Kentucky. He also loves sharing the Good News and writing poetry.
