Rev. Dwayne Raines is originally from Inez, KY and has been happily married to his wife Tara since 2012. The Lord blessed Dwayne and Tara, with one daughter, Aubrey. Dwayne is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and spent 10 years in youth ministry in Southern Ohio. In June 2023 Dwayne began the ministry God has called him to here at Allen Baptist Church. He has a love for God’s Word and the people here in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. He is passionate about sharing the good news of God’s grace and love while helping individuals grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. He enjoys spending time with his family, homesteading, and of course watching Kentucky Basketball.

Rebecca Salyer has served as the Church Secretary of Allen Baptist Church since November of 2022. She is originally from Prestonsburg, Kentucky and has been a member of Allen Baptist since she was baptized there in 2003. She enjoys being able to serve the Lord and the members of Allen Baptist Church by running the office and helping the various ministries of the church. Her favorite part of the job is being able to introduce new people to Allen Baptist Church, and more importantly, introduce them to the Lord Jesus Christ. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, writing, watching the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, playing with her dog Cricket, and spending time with her family—especially her nieces (Katie, Sarah, and Kadence) and nephew (Asher).
